AikiOS helps you measure meaningful performance, encourage positive behaviour at work, and reward the people who make a difference.
No signup. A fictional team you can run yourself.

You already know these people.
The brilliant one nobody wants to work with
Ask them anything and they know it. Their work is sharp, and it's always on time. But the room goes quiet when they walk in, and colleagues would rather wait than ask them for help. Your best performer may also be the reason two others are thinking of leaving.
AikiOS shows strong Work with little Character, so you have something specific to coach instead of a vague "attitude problem".
The charismatic one everyone loves
They remember every birthday, start the jokes on the office WhatsApp group, and make Monday mornings bearable. Everyone likes them. But when you look at what actually got delivered last month, it's hard to point to much.
AikiOS shows strong Character with little Work, so you can keep the energy and help them turn it into results.
The quiet star who carries the load
First in, last out, quietly fixing what others left half-done. When the report goes out, someone else presents it. They never complain, and they never get thanked. Then one day the resignation letter arrives, and only then do you see how much they were carrying.
AikiOS puts their work on record and lets colleagues finally say thank you.
Most workplaces only notice one of these people. AikiOS shows you all three, Work (what someone delivers) and Character (how they lift others), and rewards what each of them does well.
One place for the work, the recognition and the rewards
The whole team at a glance
The owner's home puts everyone on the Team Map by Work and Character, built from real activity, next to the reward budget and today's clock-ins. You see who is carrying the load before they hand in a letter.
Tasks with points everyone understands
Managers assign tasks to individuals or a shared pool, starting from a template or from scratch. Points come from the time and skill the task needs, using the same AikiOS rules in every company, so nobody argues about them. Every approval comes with a thank-you.
Recognition that's frequent and specific
Each week, people recognise a colleague for living one of your values, in their own words. Leaders can give shout-outs any time. Character becomes something you can see, not just sense.
A rewards center you control
Cash gifts, airtime and data, meals, transport, bills, vouchers, time off, learning and more: 27 ready-made rewards. You choose which to offer, set what each costs in points, and add your own. HR fulfils each request and both sides confirm it arrived.
Clock-in that feeds payroll, without penalties
Staff clock in from their phones. You export hours, overtime and leave for payroll. Start times are shown as they are, with no "late" labels and no deductions.
A weekly board that motivates instead of ranking
Staff see the week's stars, their own progress and a shared team goal. They never see a ranked list of colleagues. Owners and admins still get the full picture.
Appraisal reports that write themselves
Work and Character side by side, built from real activity over the period. There's no single score: the report gives you evidence, and a person still makes the decision.
See whether it's working
A three-question monthly pulse, recognition coverage and staff turnover show whether motivation is actually improving since you started.

Built to be fair
Positive only
Nothing is ever deducted. You only move up by doing good work and lifting others.
Two separate streams
Hours go to payroll. Points go to rewards. The two never mix.
Your rewards, your money
Points turn into whatever rewards your company chooses, including cash gifts. Your company pays out every reward itself; AikiOS never holds or moves money.
Hard to game
Weekly caps, vesting and a review queue catch unusual patterns, without watching people's every move.

Questions
Who is AikiOS for?
Office and knowledge-work teams of roughly 10 to 200 people, where managers assign and review work. Teams can switch attendance or points on and off, so mixed organisations fit too.
Who pays for the rewards?
Your company does, from a monthly budget you set. AikiOS never handles the money: HR fulfils each reward and both sides confirm it.
Can people game the points?
Points vest over a few days, weekly caps apply, and unusual patterns, like two people always recognising each other, go to a review queue.
Will my team feel watched?
Staff never see colleagues ranked, nothing is ever deducted, and attendance is shown neutrally. AikiOS is built to notice good work, not to police people.
Does it run payroll?
No. It exports hours, overtime and leave for whoever runs your payroll. It doesn't calculate pay, tax or bonuses.
What happens when we grow?
You're billed for the people actively using AikiOS, so adding staff is never blocked. On monthly plans, new people appear on the next invoice, pro-rated for part months. On yearly plans they're added for the months left. People who leave stop costing anything once they're deactivated. Past 50 people your rate drops to ₦4,400, or ₦3,700 paid yearly, and the owner is told whenever the number changes.
Is there a free trial?
Yes: 30 days with one team, after you've agreed a plan. There's no software fee during the trial, and your company funds a small ₦20,000 reward pool so the rewards are real. On day 30 you either continue on your plan or stop and keep your hours export.
What's in the demo?
A fictional 12-person company with sample data. You can switch between owner, manager, staff and HR, and follow a guided tour from clock-in to reward.
